Water is transferred from a large tank using a siphon. The siphon’s exit point is located 3.0 m below the water surface of the tank. The cross-sectional area of the exit tube is half that of the intake tube. What is the speed of the water as it exits the siphon? Assume the speed of the water at the intake is not negligible and use $g = 10$ m/s².
